When we reopened after lockdown we wanted to continue to reward you with our lovely loyalty scheme for as long as possible. Life, the world, and retail, are far from back to normal yet and as we all continue to play catch up, inevitably we must adapt and renew. It is very important to us to remain competitive in the market, so to avoid price increases where we can, we are making changes to the way points are awarded.

From October 1st 2020 points will be rewarded at the new rate of 25 points for every £10 spend, see below for full details and Ts & Cs. There will be an extra reward voucher for a lovely £1,000 if you reach 25,000 points (£10,000 spend) to spend on your next purchase.

You have till Wednesday September 30th 2020 to accrue and spend points at the current value. Any remaining points on your card, at end of day, will automatically transfer to the new value.

Thank you for being loyal to Lathams, in appreciation for your custom we would like to give you a gift. On production of your reward card you will be issued with points every time you shop. As an extra thank you, if you accrue 25,000 points (spend £10,000) your point value will be quadrupled with a ‘Bonus gift voucher’ of £1,000. This voucher will replace the points on your card, which will be adjusted accordingly, and is valid for 4 months.

Spend £10.00 – 25 points, credited to card. (1 point =1 Pence reward)
Spend £10,000.00 – 25,000 points, receive £1,000 bonus reward voucher, valid for 4 months. Card points revert to zero.


Answers for questions you may have.
        1. Can I use my loyalty on any purchase? Yes, there are no restrictions on spending points.

        2. Do I get points for all my purchases? No, only on items purchased at full price outside of any other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated. Points are not given for services such as; interior design, curtain making, delivery or guardsman.

        3. What happens if I forget or lose my card? This is an automated, digital, system, you must produce your card to add, redeem or view points. If you lose your card, you lose your point history. We can issue you with a new card but it will start from zero points again. Please take care of your card!

        4. How soon can I spend my points? Immediately after issue.

Points can only be added or redeemed in our stores, or by telephone, our online shop does not have this facility yet.

Points may not be redeemed for cash.

Lathams reserves the right to amend or withdraw loyalty points at any time.

Lathams reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of the scheme at any time.

The above terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights that a loyalty card holder may have.
